Sister Murphy visits our Server Room – all servers down! “Why?” Electrical problem. “You don’t have UPS?” Yes, we have and that is the reason of power failure, as normal power has no interruption, somewhere in our huge UPS system failed. And you know what? “What?” Our GM is the one who informed me this morning while I’m driving going to the office. He said he’d been calling me since last night but he cannot reach me - my mobile was OFF. As I’m checking right now, our whole server room was down since 10:42pm last night. That means we were down for 9 huge hours! “Wow! So what you’re waiting? Go back to work and start doing now your report to your GM.”
